We firmly believe that this path should start from guaranteeing the best internal conditions, and joining the WEPs will help us to strenghten the culture of sustainability, with diversity and equal opportunities in the workplace as a factor in innovation and growth. Gender equality is a challenge that we have embraced and included in our strategies and we aim to guarantee a gender balance with specific processes, starting from the selection processes.
