The name PORTa was born from the union between the feminine port and the symbolism of a door opening onto new opportunities. More than a name, PORTa represents a movement: a space for women who work or wish to work in the port sector to enter, welcome and advance. Our mission is clear: to connect, empower and inspire. Through our platform we bring together job opportunities, promote networking events, hold talks, mentoring and training courses - all with a focus on boosting the female presence in Brazil's ports. It's an invitation to transform the port sector with more diversity, talent and female protagonism.
