Since our business was founded by a female CEO, our founding team truly understands that supporting women in the long term will help the business grow, improving the quality and efficiency of all processes. Starting my career in the civil aviation industry eight years ago, I didn't think I had a great chance of achieving even moderate success in an almost entirely male-dominated industry.
