IMR Armenia wishes to join the WEPs in order to contribute to the unique mission of WEPs to join the network of WEPs signatory companies. IMR provides equal opportunities to everyone regardless their gender, social preferences or different values. In particular gender equality is of high interest for IMR, since the organization’s staff consists of majority female professionals. Women’s empowerment is highly maintained in the organization, however we are willing to establish a gender balance in our organization, which is why this will be a great opportunity for us to establish a Gender Action Plan for IMR. We will be highly involved in networking activities provided by WEPs as it is our pleasure to bond with like-minded organizations with who we can collaborate and make positive impact in the world.
