ImpulsoBeta was born in 2015 when I found myself alone in male environments. Since then, we have implemented diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) solutions in all types of companies. We believe that everyone has something to gain when we promote more diversity and are inclusive with new ideas and people, which is why WEPs are directly aligned with ImpulsoBeta's purpose and values.
