iGA Istanbul Airport / iGA Havalimanı İşletmesi A.Ş.

Kadri Samsunlu (M)

CEO

From the beginning we decided that iGA’s focus would be on "sustainability" for all our future activities, as well as for our contributions to the aviation industry both in Turkiye and all over the world. As part of this commitment, we are aware of the importance of increasing the employment opportunities for women and ensuring equal opportunities for our employees in terms of both economic and social progress, and we are trying hard to improve our performance in this area. We are determined to increase the percentage of women employees, who currently make up 27% of our workforce, to 30% by 2025. To achieve this aim, we are starting online training practices called "Equal Opportunities" for all our employees. We believe that iGA's admission to UN WEPs is an important step that will empower and inspire us on our journey, and we believe that the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) set forth by the United Nations will serve as a valuable guide.
