Humanis olarak, toplumsal cinsiyet eşitliği ve kadınların güçlenmesini sürdürülebilir kalkınmanın temel taşları olarak görüyoruz. UN Global Compact imzacısı olarak benimsemiş olduğumuz evrensel ilkeler doğrultusunda, şimdi de WEPs’e katılarak, iş dünyasında cinsiyet eşitliğini daha ileriye taşımak adına kararlı adımlar atıyoruz. 2030 hedeflerimiz doğrultusunda fırsat eşitliğini artırmayı, kapsayıcılığı sağlamak için somut ve etkili stratejiler geliştirmeyi taahhüt ediyoruz. Bu yolda, tüm çalışanlarımız için eşit fırsatlar sunmayı ve kadınların liderlik rollerinde daha fazla yer almasını sağlamayı hedefliyoruz. In line with the universal principles we have adopted as a signatory of the UN Global Compact, we are now taking decisive steps to further gender equality in the business world by joining the WEPs. In line with our 2030 goals, we are committed to increasing equal opportunities and developing concrete and effective strategies to ensure inclusion. On this path, we aim to provide equal opportunities for all our employees and ensure that women are more involved in leadership roles.
