Diversity and inclusion are two of the most important values of Holding Industriale. We believe in the value of inclusiveness as a key point for the growth of our project. We pursue the idea of creating healthy work envirnment, where the diversity is seen as an opportunity to grow and enrich ourselves and others. For us, inclusivity is rapresented by our wish of increasing the sharing of ideas and projects more than ever. For these reasons, our collegues and collaborators have different characteristics and every one of them is capable and unique.
