Promoting gender diversity in the mining industry is part of our purpose and commitment with a better world. We are convinced that the incorporation of more women to our company, along with their training and development are key factors for our sustainability and growth. In order to reach these goals, we have developed DiverSidad, our diversity and inclusion program in which we have established short, medium and long term goals. Our commitment is based not only in the fact that having more women in our company is essential to achieve positive changes in our organization, but also because gender equality should be an imperative in the way we lead our business. We have a big challenge ahead of us, where deep cultural and educational transformation requires continuous and dynamic work over time.
