Gender and racial diversity are part of our company's culture, but are not yet well represented in our scope of governance. One of the most important steps we took in 2020 to move forward with inclusion was inviting Rachel Maia, Brazil's first black woman to become CEO, to our Board of Directors. Today, women represent 29% of our Board and 25% of our high level leadership. Bellow that, we are +70% women. Bridging the gap at the top of the company is a fundamental goal.
