In Gocta Natura, we strongly believe in advancing gender equality and women's empowerment as key components of our organization's purpose. Women make up 70% of our payroll, holding managerial and operational positions. We provide training to women to enhance their skills, which is necessary for improving the services we provide. Moreover, we firmly believe that increasing women's capabilities leads to higher incomes and directly impacts the quality of life for their families. Strengthening the role they play in their communities will also help reduce domestic violence. As an organization, we recognize the importance of joining and learning from other institutions that are leading the way in promoting women's empowerment on a global scale.
