Our team is 100% women. From our own experience, we know what it means to run a business in times of war: facing challenges, accepting that change is inevitable, adapting, continuously learning, and moving forward regardless of the circumstances. That is why, in our consulting and training work, we focus on supporting women who are launching or developing their own businesses and looking ahead despite all odds. By signing the WEPs, we plan not only to implement these principles in our own work, but also to actively promote them among our clients and partners, contributing to women's economic independence and leadership in Ukraine.
