Equality is one of our main priorities at Getnet. Last year, we have developed the diversity groups, each one sponsored by a Vice President. "Getdelas" is the diversity group related to gender and our aim is to empower women in all levels of the organization, enhancing meritocracy. We are also sponsoring programs related to women's health, small and medium businesses led by women by giving them voice in lives and discussions about gender. We have reached an important goal by signing this agreement with UN and by continuing to contribute to gender equality.
