Women create peace agreements: as historical facilitators of agreement and rapid social reconstruction, we have to increase the visibility of this invaluable skill across the board. Our current challenge is to forge mediation as a tool to prevent and manage conflicts in organisations in line with ESG (environmental, social and governmental) principles. Financial markets now demand long-term policies that go beyond purely economical interests. We have to bring social interests into the spotlight.
