Due to our physiology, women often have to juggle several equally important roles and, our careers are undoubtedly more affected by having children than, let’s say, our male partners’ or spouses' careers. This and other reasons cause certain issues and put women at a significant professional disadvantage, when compared to men. Supporting gender equality and women's empowerment in working, market places or communities is important mission and I think everyone should realize and try to support as much as we can. The situation may differ from country to country, and unfortunately, stereotypes about women still appears to be active in different areas and aspects, which complicates to reach goals for women. Therefore, using our forces and capabilities, we may do try and support as much as we can either in educational, or different aspects in order to support women empowerment!
