Gender in Emergencies Group

Isadora Quay (F)

CEO

At the Gender in Emergencies Group, we believe that supporting women during humanitarian crises is a moral imperative, and a strategic choice. The GiE Group is a feminist social enterprise that funds its humanitarian work through earned income, not grant funding. We provide tools, training, and technical advisory services. The Women’s Empowerment Principles are reflective in everything that we do from our programming to our policies, our supply chains, our partners, and our people. Signing onto the WEPs reflects our deep commitment to building a more just, balanced, and sustainable future for all.
