Since our foundation back in 1997 we always beleived and supported gender equality both in business and private life. To act in full fairness and clarity towards our team members independently from gender, religion, race has always been our primarely target. We strongly support all kind of initiatives that supports women empowerement in all aspects. We are proud that in our company acting in a very challenging sector such as international/national freight forwarding and logistics the women presence in top and middle management is above 80% while overall women presence is at 50%. Besides being twice choosen Great Place to Work Turkey our company, has been as well nominated Great Place to Work for Woman in Turkey. We are committed to increase the women presence in our company and as well awareness about the gender equality not only in the territory we are present but as well internationally.
