We have established the "Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Promotion Declaration" with the aim of achieving organizational growth and sustainable development. This declaration emphasizes that when each employee with diverse perspectives and abilities maximizes their potential under fair opportunities and mutually enhances their strengths, it contributes to our overall objectives. To achieve the goals of this promotion declaration, we have formulated a 10-year roadmap and are implementing various initiatives across three categories: "Mindset Reform," "Challenge Support," and "Work Style Reform." We believe that these activities align with the principles and ideals of the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs). Moving forward, we plan to expand these initiatives throughout the region by collaborating not only within our group but also with local governments and businesses.
