We were proud to sign the United Nations Women Empowerment Principles (WEPs), which provide a framework to help companies empower women in the workplace, marketplace, and community. Being part of a community of over WEPs signatories clarifies our commitment to gender equality at Força Meninas( Go Girls) starts at the top. It filters down throughout the entire organization our initiatives and partnerships – everyone within the organization, from field teams to leadership, stands behind our goal. The launch of the Sustainable Development Goals in 2015 provided business leaders with the framework to take action and responsibility for sustainable development. Not long after, an idea was born: Força Meninas, a social impact business focused on the importance of drive girl's potential development to accelerate the reduction of inequalities. “ We believe that empower, motivate, and encourage girls and young women for considering careers in the growing digital world of work is crucial to reduce gender inequality. Our work is to start early and make a difference inspiring girls to fulfill their potential, develop skills and change their world"
