If a tree fell on a deserted island, would it make a sound? Philosophers say no. If a company implemented WEPs without anyone knowing about it, would it have any impact? I say yes. Women do benefit, even if it is not shouted from the rooftops. However, the truth is that we must make noise and let our allies and clients know where we stand as a company. I believe that one of the advantages of WEPs is that they allow the world to appreciate that we are not one company that supports women on a deserted island, but that we are thousands, millions around the world.
