To create real change, organizations must challenge the status quo of their own assumptions and culture, increase risk thresholds to embrace new mindsets, and create generative environments in which employees can grow and thrive. By fostering the environmental conditions in which a gender-balanced workplace of women and men of diverse backgrounds can grow, thrive, and feel supported, organizations of all shapes and sizes can make a meaningful impact beyond their day to day work.
