It is my firm view that not only at the company level, but also at a country level, harnessing the true potential of women and having them contribute to productivity and growth is absolutely essential for a nation to develop rapidly, for good economic growth and, moreover, to have citizens who are happy. Empowering women brings diversity of thought into our teams and innovation into our products, and culminates in a richer work culture. We realize that fintech and the startup ecosystem are largely male-dominated areas, and are making efforts to seek out promising, talented women, and create a work environment in which they can contribute, thrive and make an impact. Through our efforts and position as a market leader, we hope to help maximise the contribution of women in the workplace and beyond.
