I have been fortunate to have worked in another business who have been strong supporters of the WEPs. I saw, over ten years, the improvements to our culture, morale, combined pride and dedication to equity. I'm proud to adopt the WEPS into Ferrymead Heritage Park and use our learnings and experience to promote equity to our staff, volunteers, visitors and visiting school groups.
