FarmLab thoroughly supports the Women's equality principles. As a startup that supports regional communities, and heavily influenced by female leadership in our region, we want to do our part to further equality in regional Australia, and set an example for other startups internationally to do the same. Having been deployed on UN operations during my time in the military, I saw first hand the importance of equal representation in business and in government in countries such as South Sudan and Kenya.
