At Thammasat University’s Faculty of Learning Sciences and Education (LSEd), we believe that one of the ultimate aims of education is to produce citizens who recognize and act on dignity and the equal rights of all members of mankind. And we have incorporated this aspiration in our teaching, research, and service to the community since the faculty’s inception. Thus, we fully support the UN in all their efforts in relation to promoting gender equality and women’s economic empowerment. And we are proud to be the first higher education institution in Thailand to officially endorse the Women’s Empowerment Principles.
