As General Manager of a talent selection consultancy, I have had the privilege of meeting hundreds of brilliant women, women with the talent and readiness to lead any organization, who still stumble on barriers that should not exist. Fighting that discrimination in every process we design is daily work, never a finished task, and I live it inside our own walls too, developing the women on my own team so they can take the place they deserve. Signing the WEPs is putting on paper something Externa already chooses to do every day.
