On May 31, 2019, just two months after the creation of ExcellenceForAll Africa, I sent the letter of adherence to the Global Compact to the UN Secretary General. Principle 6 of the Global Compact calls for the elimination of all discrimination in employment. Women are the primary targets of such discrimination in all countries. Our adherence today to the Declaration in support of the principles of women's empowerment is a continuation of our commitment to ensure an equal place for women and men in our society and in the global labor market. ExcellenceForAll Africa S.A.U. is pleased to count 109 women out of 190 international consultants in 41 countries. Women are therefore the main human capital of our company and we must pay tribute to them and give them more opportunities to succeed. Le principe 6 du Global Compact prône l'élimination de toute discrimination en matière d'emploi. Les femmes sont principalement les cibles de cette discrimination dans tous les pays. Notre adhésion aujourd'hui à la Déclaration en faveur des principes d’autonomisation des femmes est la continuité de notre engagement pour garantir une place égale aux femmes et aux hommes dans la marche de notre société et au marché de l'emploi mondial. ExcellenceForAll Africa S.A.U se réjouit de compter 109 femmes sur 190 consultants internationaux que compte la société dans 41 pays.
