For 50 years, women have been a key element of Eva Cosmetics’ success; they are our main consumers and the foundation of our workplace.   We believe that our company can only thrive if we foster an environment where women and men are equally presented, at all operational and managerial levels.  Our dream is to implant the diversity, inclusion, and women empowerment principals not only within our organization, but also within our society.  The WEPs program will help us in shaping the public mind and being main pillars of influence, acknowledging that a better future starts by what we practice today.
