At Eurofish S.A., under my leadership and with the support of the shareholders, we reaffirm our commitment to the seven women´s empowerment principles of the United Nations. Diversity, equity and inclusion are essential pillars at Eurofish to strengthen our organizational culture and drive sustainable growth. We have created a gender equality committee led by women, which carried out an initial diagnosis and an action plan to reduce the identified gaps, which we are already implementing.
