"Creating a more inclusive economy where social and structural barriers that are holding back women's participation in the economy are addressed is a goal that needs constant sustained attention and work. Empowering women enables us to increase women's participation in the labor market and therefore drive social development as well as economic growth. We also encourage our members to be part of the WEP to further help to speed up the transition to a bigger inclusivity."
