The purpose of our company is to support individuals, organisations and corporations on their way to fair and equal pay - especially in light of the EU Directive on Pay Transparency and Equal Pay. Our app-based FairEqualPay consultancy process helps to address the taboo topic of equal pay in only four steps: from an anonymous status quo assessment via the goal of a fair, equal and transparent corporate strategy and remuneration policy to a detailed heat map with clear recommendations for process improvements towards a tailor-made action plan in line with the corporate culture. What is important to us: involving all stakeholders (employees, worker’s representatives, managers and top management) is paramount to not only guarantee equal pay but also equitable corporate culture as well as processes.
