Respect for Human Rights is an essential and key element of ERG’s business model, according to our Code of Ethics, Sustainability Policy and Human Rights Policy. Our D&I policy, that promotes an inclusive culture to make every person feel welcome and valued, enabling each individual to express their potential. We are a company leader in the energy transition process and we strongly believe gender equality and women’s empowerment will enable the just transition: a great opportunity to build a decarbonized society and global growth where every diversity and every talent can thrive, not leaving anyone behind. By signing the Women’s Empowerment Principles, we want to strengthen our commitment towards a more inclusive ERG, through the development of a professional environment based on equal opportunities, non-discrimination, respect for diversity and multiculturalism, and the adoption of a strategy to overcome any barriers that might prevent people from being fully included in the workplace: Inclusion is also one of the skills identified in our Leadership Model. Our commitment is well outlined in our ESG plan – a set of objectives and principles to proactively contribute to the UN SDGs achievement from environmental, social and governance perspective.
