For Endeavour, we recognise the benefits of having a diverse and talented workforce and advancing gender equality in our operations and the wider mining industry is an important priority. We have made significant progress over the past few years. In 2020, we achieved our target of increasing the number of women in our business by 25% at our legacy Endeavour assets. For 2021, we want to go further and increase the representation of women in management and technical roles, beyond the current 11%, up from 5% in 2018.”
