We have a women owned women run business hence we are known as Empress Furniture Ltd. Our commitment to the health, safety and well being of our staff and flexi-time and PTO options along with our mentorship program help us to train and guide young women to become leaders in the future. Having women in decision making positions has worked well for us and we have survived and thrived in the male dominated Tanzanian Furniture Industry for the last 20 years.
