As an organization that strongly values empathy-based practices and principles, from our research activities to the way that we conduct ourselves and interact with other organizations day-to-day, Empatika is a strong believer in and supporter of the WEP. We are also proud to be an Indonesia-based organization with women as 50% of our owners and two-thirds of our directors. Through our work and engagement we will continue to look for opportunities to promote equity-based practices built on our values of empathy and valuing all voices.
