My parents have taught me, regardless of your gender, if you put your heart and soul in your work, you will be able to accomplish many great things. Half of the population are women and half of the workforce are women. Many industries started with men, but given the right training and education, women were able to achieve the same tasks. With more women in the workforce, income level of the household will improve. We as business leaders should give opportunity to those who seek employment and personal growth, regardless of their gender or background, without discrimination, and nurturing people with right training and motivation. Companies grow, when you have highly motivated, growth oriented employees. This is the core of our company, to educate, encourage and empower our workforce.
