Nessrine Hertelli (F)
Founder & Managing director
Founding my own business was never just a career pivot—it was a personal revolution. After returning to work less than three months after a C-section, navigating the challenges of new motherhood while stepping back into leadership, I quickly realized that the professional space I once belonged to no longer recognized the woman I had become. The support I expected wasn’t there. The space didn’t adapt. That painful misalignment became my catalyst. Joining the UN Women’s WEPs initiative is a natural and deeply personal extension of my work and my purpose. It reflects everything I stand for: driving gender equality, reshaping the future of leadership, and building a world where every girl—my daughter included—believes, without question, that she can do anything.
