Everyone has a role to play in gender equality and as a business leader I recognise the need to utilise our platform for good. As a female-led team, Edge of Ember is focused on championing women in all areas of business. I am so proud of the work we have done so far through charity partnerships bringing education to young girls, brand collaborations with other female-owned businesses and empowering female workers in our supply chain. Empowering women is a core brand pillar for us, so signing the Women's Empowerment Principles was an easy and important decision. We believe by unlocking every woman's potential across the globe, we could hold the key to a better future.
