As a woman, I am committed to ensuring that women are included in our operations. When we do projects in different communities, we make deliberate decisions to employ women in our project teams and ensure that women's plight in farming is visible through our stories and programs. We have empowered women in agriculture through our training programs and support to ensure they succeed in their agricultural projects and get all the support they need.
