We need to see what an impactful world it's going to be if we adopt the WEPs. It would be such a waste if I do not contribute to this vision of empowering women. Melinda Gates said "Investing in women means investing in the people who invest in everyone else". I strongly believe that reaching the WEPs in our organisation; barriers and bias will fall. Our society will see what women can achieve and what they are capable of.
