At DVARP, gender equality is not just a policy — it is the foundation of our practice. Architecture remains a male-dominated industry, across Europe and especially in Montenegro. This imbalance is particularly evident in leadership positions within architecture offices. Our goal is to help shift this balance. Since our establishment, we have consistently employed a majority of women — with women making up over 80% of our total workforce to date. Currently, 7 out of 8 of our employees are women, and we are proud to have built a team where women lead, collaborate, and actively shape the future of our profession.
