More and more women are entering male-dominated professions. You can already see women as truck drivers, miners, tire changers, electricians or mechanics. After reviewing the experience of developed countries and taking into account the specifics of our company, we’ve started to develop a training program for women to get professional driving experience for such cases. We will be work to find potential employers for these women in the sectors of mining, delivery, etc.
