As a business owner, we see evidence every day that equal treatment of women and men is not just the right thing to do – it's also good for business. Time and again, we've found that some of our highest-performing employees -- and most capable customers -- are women. Businesses that don't take full advantage of this talent pool, right up to the highest levels of their management, are missing out. I'm so glad that UN Women has published its Women's Empowerment Principles. It presents a vision of what our work world can look like in the not-too-distant future. Let's all get there, together, by supporting these principles every day at work.
