At Dor Chemicals Ltd., we proudly endorse the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) as a foundation of responsible business, social sustainability, and an inclusive organizational culture. We recognize gender equality as a fundamental human right and a strategic driver of innovation, resilience, and long-term success. We integrate equality and fairness into all aspects of our operations, including recruitment, leadership, development, compensation, career advancement, and workplace culture. By the end of 2024, women represented 28% of our total workforce, 42% of middle management, and 33% of our top leadership. These results reflect deliberate and ongoing efforts to ensure balanced representation at all organizational levels. We have developed inclusive recruitment pipelines, promoted fair access to internal mobility, and cultivated a workplace that genuinely values diversity. Our focus extends across all functions, including administrative roles as well as production, engineering, operations, and safety. We place strong emphasis on pay equity and conduct annual gender-based compensation reviews. In 2024, women earned on average 18% more than men in base salary and 8% more when including overtime. When total compensation, including benefits, was analyzed, the gap slightly favored men by only 1.9%, demonstrating overall balance and the importance of regular monitoring.Gender inclusion is embedded within our broader workforce development strategy. We support women’s advancement in all job categories through targeted training, structured development programs, and a culture of merit-based opportunity. We are committed to removing barriers that have historically limited women’s participation in technical and field-based positions and to ensuring the real-world implementation of our equality policies. Women currently hold two of the most strategic executive positions at Dor Chemicals: Chief Financial Officer and Commercial Director. These roles reflect the trust and recognition women receive in leading critical aspects of our business strategy and operations. Beyond formal initiatives, we foster a workplace culture that respects each employee’s personal, cultural, and religious identity. Gender equality is not a checkbox but a daily responsibility reflected in how we lead, hire, reward, and grow. We are proud of our measurable progress and remain fully committed to maintaining an environment where every employee, regardless of gender, is valued, empowered, and positioned to succeed.
