Taking over the management of the Dental Practice my father founded 40 years ago has been quite a learning experience. He actually established a way of operating that aligns with the Women's Empowerment Principles. As Managing Director now, I look forward to codifying many of those practices with the support of the WEPs framework and their policy templates and guideline to grow an even more successful and resilient business.
