The participation of women in the health industry is increasingly relevant, and there should be no other way. In the last 4 years, we’ve been developing a series of initiatives aimed at raising diversity and inclusion, and some results are already visible: we have now 40% of management positions and 30% of executive roles occupied by women, for example. Its not enough, and we remain relentless in the challenge of fighting gender disparities. It requires continuous and strong commitment. Being part of this movement empowers our engagement with that cause.
