From the perspective of a Minority and Woman Founder and CEO of Cygnus Energy Group, LLC, I know first hand the imperative that Women be given unfettered access to perform and excel in the workplace. Cygnus Energy Group markets bulk refined fuels internationally and as its Founder and CEO, I have experienced and overcame the intense barriers to which women have been subjected. Personally and professionally, I am committed to the rise of women in both the Fossil and Renewable Energy Sectors. We are in the process of launching Cygnus RE, that will focus on Community Solar, Waste to Energy and Offshore Wind projects for electricity generation to the global underserved markets.
