Yashfa Zaman, CEO & Founder of Cyber Sync Technologies currently incubated in Durshal Peshawar KPITB, is successfully running the first female-led core tech company in the entire entrepreneurial ecosystem of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP). Cyber Sync Technologies is offering services of software development, digital outsourcing and Her e-privacy. Our startup outsources international and national work on multiple platforms, for this we have trained and dedicated females from KP under government training programs. To date, more than 50 women have worked with us on a project basis. Our startup followed UN Women’s work on a regular basis; we appreciate your interesting takeaways, deep dive into women empowerment and advisory services in privileging SMEs equitably and sustainably. Currently, we are about to complete our first product under Her e-privacy service. Our product provides a solution to females for age 12-45. As women often miss their period due to their busy schedules and they are not able to keep track of their cycles (periods, fertility, and ovulation) leading to serious issues later on. We are keen to collaborate in launching our product that will benefit KP as well as women from the marginalized area. Apart from the above, our startup is hosting Anti-Cyber Bullying Roadshows and Cyber Security Awareness Sessions to educate rural women. We believe that women’s freedom in the digital era is as important as men’s. Our aim is to make females aware together through your platform about their digital rights to develop e-products and your support is required in making market linkages.
