At CSRWorks International, our purpose is to help build a more sustainable, inclusive and equitable world. Guided by our mission—Better Business. Better World—we have spent nearly two decades advancing responsible business and sustainability reporting. By aligning with the Women’s Empowerment Principles, we reaffirm that gender equality is essential to true sustainability and commit to empowering women and fostering workplaces where they can participate, progress and thrive. Our long-standing support for SDG 5: Gender Equality reflects our belief that empowering women is essential for sustainable development, resilient economies, and thriving societies. Through our advisory, training, and thought-leadership initiatives, we have consistently advocated for gender equality as a core pillar of responsible and future-ready business. Today, as we formally express our support for the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), we reaffirm this commitment and strengthen our resolve to advance gender equality and women’s empowerment across our workplace, within our partnerships, and across the wider sustainability ecosystem in which we operate. By endorsing the Women’s Empowerment Principles, CSRWorks International commits to: +Leading by example, ensuring our culture, policies, and decisions reflect fairness, inclusion, and equal opportunity. +Treating all employees with dignity and respect, and fostering a safe, supportive, and empowering work environment. +Enabling continuous learning and professional advancement, with strong emphasis on supporting women’s development and leadership. +Promoting inclusive and responsible practices across our value chain, engaging clients, suppliers, and partners to advance gender equality. +Using our platforms and influence — including the Asia Sustainability Reporting Awards, Asia Sustainability Reporting Summit, Asia's Top Sustainability Women, our sustainability training programmes, and our advisory work and our media platform ESG Post — to advocate for gender equality in the broader community. +Measuring, communicating, and improving our performance, and holding ourselves accountable to making meaningful progress. Gender equality is deeply embedded in our values and central to the world we are helping build. By committing to the WEPs, we join a global community of organisations working to create a world where women and girls have equal opportunities to participate, lead, and thrive. CSRWorks International is proud to endorse the Women’s Empowerment Principles, and we look forward to contributing actively and consistently to their advancement — as part of our mission to achieve Better Business. Better World.
