People are the biggest asset! When we talk about people, there is no discrimination of genders, races or even ages. Everyone is equal to me. It’s just matter of what roles are they holding. Genders equality are key. Every single person have their individual talent; some may be hidden beyond an individual realising it. I felt it’s us being their leader to be able to identified their secret talent and turn it into a gems. Having to see it’s becoming a gems is my personal achievement in fact.
